something went wrong and your PIN isn't available Code 0x80090027. Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem.getting this message everytime we restart the PC and unable to login to the PC.

Hello, I have updated my laptop to windows 11, and after a few weeks, I can not use my PIN, fingerprint, or even windows hello. It says that something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code 0x80090027)

Please help, Microsoft support live chat is no help at all. Why is the wait time so long, and not just that unreliable? I have no idea if anyone will ever be there to help, I just have to rely on luck if I get a representative... Anyway, I come to the community for a plea for help. I have error code 0x80090027, "Your pin is required to sign in: Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0x80090027). Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem." Yes, I have tried restarting, I was even advised to re-download Windows 11 or something that took about an hour, the problem persists. I wonder if it has to do with my school account being on my laptop, now don't get me wrong this is MY laptop, owned and bought by me, but I have my university email on it and one drive. I am not sure why I am having that problem when I try to put my pin. Luckily I have 3 sign-in options, but touchID doesn't work without my pin for some reason, and my only option is to put in my password. So if anyone has help and guidance I would greatly appreciate it, I am not the best with computers I guess and I need guidance. Thank you.
