Windows 10: Something went wrong and your PIN isnt available code:0x80280013

When I restart my device the problem is fixed then once its shut down and turned back on its there again how can I remove it?

Whenever I leave my computer for a while and it goes to sleep and I try to enter my pin this error appears - "Your PIN is not available. 0x80280013". This problem goes away after restarting the computer. How do I fix this?

Things I have tried:

• Resetting the pin via Microsoft account email
  
• Changing the PIN
  
• Deleting the Ngc folder
  

Nothing seems to be working.

I am running 64-bit windows 10

“Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available” with the code: 0x80280013.

I keep getting “Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available” with the code: 0x80280013. I’ve tried multiple solutions online like resetting the PIN and deleter the ngc folder but none of the solutions have worked.

Basically can’t log in with my pin when my pc goes to sleep. Isn’t that big of a deal but if I’m not connected to wifi or if i forget my ms password it would really suck. Also its kinda annoying typing in the pin it not working then clicking a few buttons and typing in my password.

It seems it’s a really common occurrence seeing so many posts about it online so ms must have messed it up or something.
