Windows 10: Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available. Error code: 0x80090010

When trying to access my microsoft account to use Cortana this message shows up:




I already tried using these commands:


sfc /scannow

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Did an upgrade repair with the media creation tool, which restored some applications that i had deleted on purpose. But the the problem still persists.


I'm also trying to avoid doing a clean install, because I edited the registry to my liking and don't want to lose anything made.

hi i have a windows phone and also have error code 0x80090010 when ever i try to sign in or try to make an account therefore i cant get any apps or anything

I recently got a Nokia Lumia and when I try to log on to my account, I get the error code 0x80090010. I cannot get any apps or sign in to anything having to do with Microsoft, including Find my Phone and etc. It would be great help to have someone help.
I tried the Nokia website and they said to come here.
