Windows 10: “Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available” with the code: 0x80280013.

I keep getting “Something went wrong and your PIN isn’t available” with the code: 0x80280013. I’ve tried multiple solutions online like resetting the PIN and deleter the ngc folder but none of the solutions have worked.Basically can’t log in with my pin when my pc goes to sleep. Isn’t that big of a deal but if I’m not connected to wifi or if i forget my ms password it would really suck. Also its kinda annoying typing in the pin it not working then clicking a few buttons and typing in my password.It seems it’s a really common occurrence seeing so many posts about it online so ms must have messe

Your PIN is not available. 0x80280013

Whenever I leave my computer for a while and it goes to sleep and I try to enter my pin this error appears - "Your PIN is not available. 0x80280013". This problem goes away after restarting the computer. How do I fix this?

Things I have tried:

• Resetting the pin via Microsoft account email
  
• Changing the PIN
  
• Deleting the Ngc folder
  

Nothing seems to be working.

I am running 64-bit windows 10

My laptop has been giving me an error when I try to login: "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (code: 0x80280013). Click to set up your PIN again."



The only workaround I've found for this is to restart my laptop, and this seems to fairly reliably solve the issue (temporarily). However, the next time I go to login I get the same error.



Would somebody be able to help me with this, please?

Received error code 0x80280013 when I try to login with my pin

When I try to login with my pin, I receive "Something went wrong and your pin isn't available (code: 0x80280013). Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem"

I have tried deleteing the NGC folder for Windows Hello PIN method but it is still happening.

Please solve the issue.
