Windows 10: Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again later Error

Hi

When trying to save anything onto Companies One Drive, I get the message below. So instead I have to save the document to my pc and then copy and paste it into One Drive in order for it to save there. Any suggestions please? Happens with Word/Excel/Powerpoint.

Something went wrong, Please try again later. (Win10 Upgrade)

I was getting the same error message that something went wrong and try again later. As suggested, I went to the Windows Update icon in the control panel and found that Windows 10 was still downloading. I imagine when this is complete I will be able to
go to the next step. I think the "next step" is showing prematurely and you have to wait for the download to finish.

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
