Something went wrong, please try again with biometrics

Hello,So, for some reason, every time I put my G401QC to sleep and come back and try to use biometrics, Windows gives me the error: "Something went wrong, please try again." I'm not too sure if it's a problem with the biometric device itself as it does work when I restart or power it on after shut down.I've tried reinstalling the Goodix fingerprint driver, and currently have "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power to off" and "Allow this device to wake the computer" to on.Any help would be greatly appreciatedNote: The version of the Goodix fingerprint driver is 3.0.2

    :)

    Method 3:

    • Press Windows logo key + I key.
