Hello,I am unable to use xbox live party chat. Ive:- Updated everything- Turned off firewalls on router- Restarted computer and router- Restarted the xbox game barI've tried connecting on my actual xbox and phone and it works - just not on my computer.What can I do to fix this?

0x80010108 Error When Joining Parties on Xbox App (Windows 10)

The error code 0x80010108 may occur due to several reasons. It can possibly be due to an incorrect network configuration or an outdated Xbox App. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• Did the issue start after an update?
• Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription?
• Is your computer connected via a wired or a wireless network?

Method 1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

  Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

If the connection test is successful, try to purchase the membership or subscribe to Xbox Live again.
