Windows 10: Something went wrong. Your pin code isn't available

I tried to update my Windows 10. The update apparently failed so I was sent back to the start screen and then met with "Something went wrong and your pin isn't available". I then tried tapping the button underneath, "Configure my pin code" but didn't help. I've now tried like 4-5 different solutions to this and nothing works. Most of the solutions I could find had me going to the recovery screen, then troubleshoot, then advanced options. But I don't even have the advanced options button. I've tried restarting my PC in safe mode. Also didn't work. I also just tried troubleshooting. Also didn't

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Entered wrong PIN code

I am new to the PC and Windows world.

I bought a new program and it downloaded but I can not install it because i entered the wrong PIN code too many times when I tried to open it. Tried to restart after following the steps for PIN code change. Same message again, enter PIN code.
