Windows 10: something wrong with monitor

hello, my monitor is fine in the beginning, i can log in click the little guy down there the wifi symbol and the sleep shut down and restart options but when i put in my pin and log into my computer it just goes grey no icons visible no task bar nothing and it’s different colors on separate monitors one is white then it switches to a dark grey and then one just stays grey with a white line at thr bottom idk if this will help but on of my monitors were flickering. please help thank you!

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.

Windows 10 desktop chose wrong monitor

Hi Jade,

To help you resolve the issue, we will reinstall your display drivers. Feel free to follow the steps below:

• Right click on the Start Menu and choose Device Manager.
• Look for Monitor, double click or expand it. Right click on any and all monitors listed then select Uninstall.
• After uninstalling all monitors, restart your computer.
• Once your computer restarts, right click on the Start Menu and choose System. Check if your touchscreen is detected next to Pen and Touch.
