Windows 10: somethings not working in windows 10

I cant type in the start menu and I cant type in all windows 10 apps that came with the computer everything will work if I go into powershell and put these command in


PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

but I have to enter them in if I want to type with any app included in windows 10

can anyone help thanks.


I have to type what I want to put in to the start menu on google crome then copy it and then paste it, its what ive been doing for this whole thing
