    Sometimes Alt+Tab works strangely


    If press Alt+Tab in Windows, the currently running programs are listed horizontally, right?

    So if you take your finger off of it, the last app you chose should be selected right away... But strangely, a white focus box stops AFTER a round of rotation.

    I thought it was a problem with my keyboard, so I changed it but the symptom is same.Is this Windows 10's bug?

    alt + tab not working

    Specifically in games, I can alt tab out but not back in. It just stays like this:

    Mostly happening with UT3 and sometimes TF2 as well. Any ideas?
