Windows 10: Sometimes graphic and audio stuttering like 2-3 seconds.

Hello sometimes my pc stuttering like 2-3 seconds idk what is the reason. My system : Rtx 3060, Ryzen 5 5600, Biostar b450mh. For example when i play a game the screen starts stuttering and audio stuttering like 2-3 seconds. Its similiar like slowdown setting0.10 :And it working properly after 2-3 seconds. When the pc stutters the fps is not changing. So i mean without stutter 500fps , with stutter still 500fps but screen and audio stutter. I hope you understand my problem, my english not so good just tried to explain my problem.

Video and audio stuttering

Fix #1:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

Step 2:

Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

Step 3:

Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic and press enter.

Step 4:

Restart PC and Verify

Fix #2:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Troubleshoot

Step 2:

Click on Troubleshoot

Step 3:

Then select Video Playback and click Run the Troubleshooter

Step 4:

Restart PC

Fix #3:

Step 1:

Go to search box next to Windows icon and type Troubleshoot

Step 2:

Click on Troubleshoot

Step 3:

Then select Audio Playback and click Run the Troubleshooter

Step 4:

Restart PC

Let me know the status after performing the above and if in case the issue still persists then will provide you with further steps to resolve this issue.

PC stuttering every 2 seconds with audio and video issues.

Thanks for the reply man! I did try to run "bcdedit /set useplatformclock false" through CMD. I did reboot it. Nothing changed. The speed of the computer doesn't seems to be slower. Just the audio and
video are Stuttering. The audio gets robotic for like 0,3 of a second every 2/3 seconds.

If you have any other idea. I`m happy to test it out.

At first I didn`t see the "useplatformclock" in the bios. I did try the first command and it didn`t work. The second one said that it was successful. So even not seeing it, I assume it
is disable.

The reddit pages show.

Stuttering Every Two Seconds

Every two seconds I get a stutter, the mouse freezes and then jumps forward. Audio stutters, games stutter, everything stutters very briefly (on the order of milliseconds) every two seconds.

This happens every two seconds like clock work. It happens on windows, it happens in browsers, it happens in games.

I've tried updating all the drivers I can find. I've tried a System restore to last month even though the problem just started today. I've tried closing out of programs and disabling various tasks.

I've tried various checks and all come back clean:

• sfc /scannow
• DISM.exe/Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
• CHKDSK /f

Please help!
