Hello everyone,I have an issue with my laptop. Sometimes, the keys on my laptop keyboard both laptop and external USB keyboard are not working. This happened when I clicked the start button and then tried to search for something I've attached a picture below. After this happened, I opened a text document and input random keys, and everything worked, but not in the start menu. Also, when this problem occurred, I couldn't turn off, Sign out or restart my laptop. It stayed on the restart display or turned off the display but did not shut down the computer when I clicked shut down. I tried SF

Laptop Keyboard keys not working -- not a hardware issue.

Change the Keyboard Settings - Follow these steps:

1. Right-click on the Windows Start button and open the Settings app.
   
2. Select the Accessibility tab from the left sidebar.
   
3. Click on Keyboard on the right side of the screen.
   
4. Disable the toggles next to Sticky keys, Filter keys, and Toggle keys.
   
5. Disable the toggle next to Underline access keys.
   
6. Then, go to Typing under Related settings.
   
7. Turn off the toggles next to Show text suggestions when typing on the physical keyboard and Multilingual text suggestions.
   
8. After that, click on Advanced keyboard settings and make sure the correct language option is selected.
   

 

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
