    Sometimes when i open a game it just takes away my internet


    So for example : When i open roblox i go on to play and then out of the blue it says that i am disconnected from the servers but then when i try restart/reconnect/etc my game my internet just stops working, but once im out of the game the wifi is working normal, and another problem is when i open task manager my internet usage is 0 if i am on the game or off the game.

    • Were there any error messages?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    Internet Explorer won't open

    Hi,

    • If you cannot start Internet Explorer, you can open the settings window by pressing Windows Key + R, typing "inetcpl.cpl" in the Run box, and then pressing Enter. After the
      window is open, follow the steps that are described in the "How to reset Internet Explorer settings" section.
    If above steps failed to solve.

    • Try to create new user account and then open IE.

    Or

    • Try clean installation method to reset your system.

    For a better clarity on the issue, please answer the below questions;

    • Please specify the game you are having issue with?
    • Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
    • Also, did you download the game from windows Store?
    For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
    • Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
    • Follow the onscreen instructions.
