Son just bought Minecraft Deluxe for PC. None of the additional add on feature seem to be available. Are they? And if not how do you get a refund for the 10 dollar difference?

I bought the Deluxe Version of Minecraft for both Java and Bedrock but can only get bedrock without the additional benefits

For Christmas I bought this game for my child, they were especially ecstatic since it was said that now you could get both versions of Minecraft for the price of one. They wanted the Deluxe package with all the additional items, I bought it.

But they were only able to download Bedrock edition, this is confusing and also upsetting to them, it feels like we got scammed,

For Java edition, we were able to download the demo but not the actual game we paid for, is it a glitch? Something else entirely? I'm not too sure, I'd be a great help if anyone could suggest some ideas

I Bought the deluxe collection for minecraft but I can't access Bedrock Edition

I bought the deluxe collection and there is a Trial option for bedrock on the launcher and no futher options for bedrock in the minecraft website
