Windows 10: Sonic Frontiers Freezing on windows 11 and 9th gen intel cpu

Hello,I bought a copy on steam of Sonic Frontiers this last Christmas, and ever since I got it, it has been freezing horribly in certain areas of the game, such as level 1-1 and 1-3.you may be thinking "how is this our problem, we don't own Sega", but I have tried it on windows 10, and it works perfectly fine, but for some reason, it just doesn't work on windows 11. Also I have tried turning off every Windows gpu enhancement feature, but actually i think its a processer problem, specifically a 8th and 9th gen intel cpu and windows 11 problem because of this thread https://steamcommunity.com/ap

Windows 11 22H2 update

The Windows 11 CPU limitation is 8th gen Intel CPU.

There is no such thing as Intel i8 CPU.

Intel has 8th gen i3 CPU's, 9th gen i3 CPU's, 10th gen i3 CPU's, 11th gen i3 CPU's and 12th i3 CPU's --- all of them are eligible for Windows 11.
