Windows 10: "Sonicwall net defender" basically have security rights over my D; drive

Hi so I downloaded "Netdefender sonic wall" remote access tool but it said installation incomplete so then i was like let me get to work and ill fix it soon i realized i cant access my D; drive cause apparently i have 0 access to it cause sonic wall and net defender have access to it so i tried changing or giving me access but it wont work i just keep getting an error.
