Windows 10: Sony headphones and handsfree WH-CH700N are connected and doesn't play music o work as...

I've a Toshiba windows 10 computer and Sony WH-CH-700N are properly connected. System said ready after connection, but I can't play music or use them as handsfree for videoconference.



I've uninstalled and installed again Bluetooth drivers but when I connect them again the properties of Transport Adapter AVRCP and the properties of device in tab Events show in the message of asking installation that Device BTHENUM\{0000110e-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb}_VID&0002054c_PID&0c7f\8&14bc4f07&3&702605F08E7D_C00000000 requires more installation.

When I use Problems solver with headphones connected always says that they aren't connected.



Of course, in System / Sound headphones never appear as an option to select as an output



In services service BuletoothUserService always appear stopped and makes and error when try to initiate. And service BluetoothUserService_19ebc33 can be initiate but stops after few seconds of been working.



I've a Sony ICF-CS20BT fm/am clock that it's speaker and handsfree and it was working some time ago, but now I can't play sounds on it like headphones.



I suppose that in one of the last updates of Windows 10 Bluetooth drivers stop working.



Please, it would be very helpful to make work again.



PD: Both of them work properly with another devices like iPhone.

Windows 10 doesn't Recognize Sony WH-CH700N headphones as an Audio Device

Hello, I just bought Sony WH-CH700N headphones and they paired with my Dell XPS Destktop running Windows 10. The problem I'm facing is that they don't play any sound, video, or anything. My PC doesn't recognize it as an audio device. When I go to Sound
and Playback, they are there but show as disconnected. I tried unpairing them and pairing them again many times, but didn't fix anything. I tried the Troubleshoot on Sound and Bluetooth, but didn't do anything. I tried to reset the headphones to factory settings,
also nothing. More importantly, they worked with other devices and smartphones. Like I said, the problem seems that the Windows 10 (which up to date) doesn't see them as an audio device (headphones, headset). and I got old bluetooth headphones that still work
and show as a headphones device.

Any solution for weird problem?

Sometimes when i want to use the headphones, i connect them to my computer and then the audio doesn´t work, so i need to restart my computer and the audio returns, so my question is, why this happen? i don´t want to restart my pc everytime that i need the
headphones.
