Windows 10: Sony Vaio won’t boot up. Need help.

Discus and support Sony Vaio won’t boot up. Need help. in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I got malware on Sony Vaio. I looked all over for answer and it doesn’t want to get off black screen. I tried boot options and I barely got anywhere....     Sony Vaio won’t boot up. Need help.


    I got malware on Sony Vaio. I looked all over for answer and it doesn’t want to get off black screen. I tried boot options and I barely got anywhere. Now it’s stuck on prompt and I can’t bypass it to get my data securely transferred. I also used my Series X to help download the installing media kit due to my laptop. I also tried hot keys but it says device needs repaired/ recovery. I don’t know what to do.
