Windows 10: Sony wf-1000xm3 earphones not detected as an output device

I recently bought a surface pro 9 with windows 11 on it, upgrading from my surface pro 4 with windows 10I have a pair of Sony wf-1000xm3 earphones which work with the windows 10 device and other laptops too with windows 10. But not with my windows 11 device, the earphones connect to the laptop and are recognised an audio device but are not available to be selected as an output device. I have tried forgetting the device and reconnecting as well as uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but the issue continues to persist. The surprising part is that I connected some JBL vibe earphones to the wind

Problem with Sony WF 1000XM3 Connectivity and sound

So recently i just installed and upgrade my laptop from harddisk to ssd and windows 8.1 to windows 10. Then i installed the bluetooth Qualcomm Atheros then connect my headset Sony WF 1000XM3. At first it connected fine and i can hear the sound clearly. But after some time (and some update), i disconnected my headset and try to pair it up new. Now i managed to connected my headset to laptop but somehow i can't hear the sound from this headset even after i set my bluetooth headset default. I have run troubleshooting multiple times, not solved at all. I opened the sound setting and if i play music, the speaker will detect the sound (from sound setting - Playback), but i hear nothing from my headset. i know my headset is fine because it worked well with other device (android phone) and i have update it and reset factory. My bluetooth in laptop seems fine too because i connected it to other external speaker and it worked well, the sound is clear. So what's actually the problem that i hear nothing from my headset even though it's connected fine to my laptop?
(note: i have update my windows 10 to newest version per 07/08/2023)

 

Earphone mic not being detected

The driver from Acer makes the situation even worse, it installs Realtek driver which doesn't show output and input device and the earphones become useless.

Hi, I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 with a single audio jack for sound+mic. I have Windows Audio driver because Realtek did not detect my headphones at all. Now I can only see my headphones as an output device but no input device at all but my earphones have a built-in/inline mic. I checked in the sound devices in the microphone tab but there is no headphone microphone (enabled option to show disabled devices). Please help.
