Windows 10: Sony WH-10000XMS Headphones are paired but won't work with Windows 10.

I have Windows 10 installed on my laptop. My Sony WE-1000XMS Headphones are paired to my laptop but will not work. I have read and tried every workaround on the web and my headphones still won't work. They work fine with every other Bluetooth device I have. It appears this is a common and longstanding problem. Is Microsoft angry with Sony or are they just tone-deaf to this issue? Why won't someone at Microsoft buy a set of WH-1000XMS headphones and actually figure out how to rectify the issue? Keith

Pairing Sony headphones

Hello, I just bought Sony WH-CH700N headphones and they paired with my HP Pavillion laptop running Windows 10. The problem I'm facing is that they don't play any sound, video, or anything. My PC doesn't recognize
it as an audio device. When I go to Sound and Playback, they are there but show as disconnected. I tried unpairing them and pairing them again many times, but didn't fix anything. I tried the Troubleshoot on Sound and Bluetooth, but didn't do anything. I tried
to reset the headphones to factory settings, also nothing. More importantly, they worked with other devices and smartphones. Like I said, the problem seems that the Windows 10 (which up to date) doesn't see them as an audio device (headphones, headset). and
I got old bluetooth headphones that still work and show as a headphones device.

Any solution for weird problem?

Hello, I just got Sony WH-CH700N headphones and they paired with my HP Elitebook 840 g6 running Windows 10. The problem i am facing is the device is not getting recognized as headphone/headset. Its getting paired and
working fine with my One Plus 5 and other devices.

i am trying to pair my sony wireless headphone model WH-CH510 with DELL Inspiron laptop via bluetooth. it shows as paired but i am not able to listen anything on headset. Kindly advice
