Build 10.0.576.16384.th2 is called: "Gold Build".

TH2 aka Fall Update will be available via WU, insiders get ESD, partners MSU,
will also be a new ISO to MSDN and VLSC.

I think that since the Mobile 10581 dropped this morning that they're probably waiting until the servers recover a little bit before actually dropping Build 10576. *Sad

Logics in that statement do not work, I am sorry. New builds are released centralized from Redmond Washington USA, not separately by local Microsoft offices in every region and country. Your local time and timezone are totally irrelevant and have none whatsoever correlation with this.

It's the EDT that matters (UTC -7) and from Sunday onwards EST (UTC -8) as the Daylight Saving time ends in the USA. Logically this means that we can expect new build within a normal workday between let's say 8 or 9 AM and 5 or 6 PM EDT / EST. A good example is that Gabe Aul's blog post about today's Windows Mobile build was posted 9:01 AM EDT.
