Windows 10: Sorry because my English is poor! - The problem of Not Work Shutdown in LapTop

Hello . I turn off the laptop only the screen turns black and the fan and lights are on. After 15 minutes blue screen with code =
driver_power_state_failur will appear.

Please help as the laptop will take a long time to shut down.

My laptop is Hp ProBook 4540s.

I don't have this problem when I reinstall Windows but when I update Windows I have the same problem.

Shutdown problem in windows 10

sorry for late reply. I have tried the both step but the shutdown problem still persists. And Avast free edition has stopped working after this and windows defender automatically took the Avast position.

Thinking about giving new setup to my laptop to get rid from this problem
