I'd advise turning off two-step verification then retry logging into your account

Turning two-step verification on or off for your Microsoft account

When two-step verification is on, every time you sign in to a device that isn't trusted, you’ll get a security code in email or on your phone to make sure you’re you. When this setting is off, you get and resend security codes only periodically, and when
there might be a risk to your account security. To turn two-step verification on or off:

• Go to
  Security settings and sign in with your Microsoft account.
• Under Two-step verification, choose Set up two-step verification to turn it on, or choose
  Turn off two-step verification to turn it off.
• Follow the instructions.

When you're logged into the Outlook account, click on the cog wheel next to your user name

Select Options

Select Aliases: Manage or Choose a Primary

You may remove unnecessary accounts from the list

At the bottom of the page you see Sign-In Preferences

To make it harder for someone trying to break in to your account, turn off sign-in preferences for email addresses and phone numbers you don't use.

Click Change Sign-In Preferences

Windows Store Error when downloading - Code: 0x803FB107

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.
