Windows 10: Sorry, something went wrong - Seting up "Windows Hello"..

"Something went wrong" This is the worst message you can get. At least with a blue screen, you know your need to start at the beginning....Anyhow, As I am setting up a new computer with Windows 11, I got to the facial recognition setup Windows Hello, after trying for a while to recognize my face the camera is working I got this error:"Sorry, something went wrong. It looks like you've already set up a Windows Hello on another account."As far as I know I only have one Windows account and the prior laptop I had on my Windows account and had Windows Hello, has been removed most likely from

registering fingerprint and windows hello always says Sorry something went wrong.

Disabling Windows Hello requires changing some options in Settings. To close/disble Windows Hello, follow the steps below:

• Use Windows key + I to open Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Under Windows Hello, click Remove.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
