Discus and support Sorta-New Bluetooth issue?? in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; So this issue is new to me, but apparently not to other bluetooth users.     Sorta-New Bluetooth issue??


    So this issue is new to me, but apparently not to other bluetooth users. I bought a new Blackweb Neckband bluetooth headset from walmart a week or so ago, and it's worked flawlessly up until tonight. I started getting laggy audio that was stop-n-go. I've tried a few minor fixes, like troubleshooting my audio (which did nothing) and I even restarted the headset which seemed to fix it for a few moments.

    I'm using the headset with my desktop, Windows 10, using the standard Omen Obelisk pre-built gaming pc setup. I am not a computer whiz and most of you are going to probably roll your eyes if/when you ask about my computer setup and I don't know squat.

    There are a lot of factors that can cause the issue about your Bluetooth such as incompatible drivers, hardware issues, and more. We suggest that you go to this

    Regarding your question about locking Windows Anniversary update, it is possible to postpone an update but it cannot be stopped.

    Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

    Hi,

    I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

    Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

    • Search Device Manager using Cortana.
    • Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

    Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

    • Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
    • Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
    • Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
