Windows 10: SOT Microsoft Store install issues.

I already own the game and am trying to reinstall it again. When i try to download it via the Microsoft Store on either my C or D drive D has more space, it won't let me download it on that drive. I have tried the wsreset trick and there is no fix. The Install button is there but it unresponsive. I have scoured the internet for answers and haven't found any. Restarts don't work and the reset cache trick doesn't either. Any help is appreciated. Image attached is proof that my drive has enough space.

Uninstalled apps stuck "installing" in Microsoft Store (MSN News)

A corrupted Microsoft Store cache is one of the possible reasons why some apps are stuck in an "installing phase" when you try to uninstall them. We suggest that you try running the
Windows App troubleshooter to troubleshoot the issue.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store cache. You can follow the steps below to reset the Microsoft Store cache:

• Press Windows + R keys to open the run
  command box.
• Type WSReset, then try launching Microsoft Store and sign in.

Install Button on Microsoft Store
