    After the Windows 11 Version 22H2 07KB5028185update , I can no longer access the apps in the volume mixer menu. All I can do now is to choose reset all applications into their default version. I can not adjust the apps I want to. Is this a problem related to latest update? How can I solve this problem?

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
    • Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
    • Does this happen only when streaming videos?

    • In which browser are you facing this issue?

    Hi,

    We need to investigate further so that we can identify the cause of the issue. We suggest running the Troubleshooter and see if it helps. Follow the steps below:

    • Type and select Troubleshooting on the Search bar/Cortana.
    • Click Hardware and Sound.
    • Select Playing Audio under Sound.
    • Follow the steps that will be provided.
    If the steps does not work. We suggest downloading a fresh copy of the audio driver from Realtek and see if it helps.
