Windows 10: sound audio challenge

how do i resolve the sound audio challenge i am experiencing. the audio sound of my windows 10 is soundind like the voices of many water. how do i fix it to sound properly

No sound Audio

• Type Control Panel in the search box.
• Select Sound.
• Go to Communications tab.
• Click Do nothing.
• Chose Apply and Ok.
