Windows 10: Sound briefly disappears in Bluetooth headphones when connected to the laptop.

I recently bought new Bluetooth headphones and connected them to my laptop. Initially, everything was fine, but then the sound started intermittently cutting out. The audio track continues, but there is no sound for a few seconds. This happens repeatedly, and although it starts working again, the issue persists. It's important to note that I connected these headphones to my phone, and they work perfectly without interruptions. This problem is specific to these headphones, as others work well with my laptop. Bluetooth headphone keep appearing and disappearing in the sound output

Good day!

I have problem with the Bluetooth of my laptop. Whenever I try to connect a Bluetooth headphone or speaker to my laptop, the headphone sound output keeps on appearing and disappearing. How to fix this issue?

 

Cannot connect to bluetooth headphones after upgrade to Win10


I upgraded my Lenovo W530 running Win7 Pro 64 bit to Windows 10. After the upgrade I can no longer connect to my bluetooth headphones which worked before the upgrade. The bluetooth radio is on. When I click Connect in the Action Center it shows that the headphones are connected but they are not. The headphones (actually my hearing aids) play a notification sound when a bluetooth connection is made and I never hear that sound. If I play music the sound goes to the speaker, not my headphones. I have removed the headphones and repaired them. I have checked that all of the bluetooth device drivers are up to date in Device Manager. I would really appreciate any suggestions to solve this problem. Thanks.

 

laptop can't connect to bluetooth headphone

My laptop has realtek bluetooth 4.2 adapter but it cant connect to my bluetooth headphone called "kanen k9"

i don't know if it because it a chinese product or not but my phone can still connect to it normally while my laptop can't.

i tried unistalling the driver, fall back to generic bluetooth driver and reinstall the newest version of bluetooth, but nothing seem to work, my laptop bluetooth can still connect to the neighbor tv but not the headset that sit next to it.

one thing that i noticed is that my bluetooth does make a "connect sound" when i tried to pair with the laptop but it still wont connect, i also once saw the k9 devices on the connect list after i reinstall my driver but it quickly disappear after.
