Sound Control Panel - Headset shows up but cannot be turned on

HiI have a ASUS TUF Gaming A15, with Realtek Audio and windows 11.Also have the HyperX Cloud Stinger headset. Sound quality is amazing, but everyone says that the mic is too quiet mainly in games where nobody can't hear me. I checked the sound control panel, and in recording tab, my headset shows up i think but cannot be activated or turned on, dunno:How can i solve this?

    :)

  2. Headset is working, but not showing up in control panel

My sound wasn't working on my headset or speakers on my laptop, so I updated my PC to fix it. It worked, and my headset and speakers work too, but now my headset is not showing up in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Sound.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Because I want to change the sound quality of it and add audio enhancements.

Windows version: Widows 10 pro insider preview version 2004 (OS build 20152.1000)

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Sound Control Panel - Headset shows up but cannot be turned on :p

  4. Sound Control Panel - Headset shows up but cannot be turned on

Plantronics Rig 800HD headset connected but no sound output

So by proper device you see your headset listed?

If you enter the old Control Panel and start "Sound" does your headset show as a device. If you click on it, then configure do you get any sound out of the "Test" button.
