Windows 10: Sound doesn`t work after I accidentally turn off computer while updating from windows 10 to...

I recently tried to update from windows 10 to windows 11. I accidentally turn off the computer while updating and since then my sound system doesn`t work at all, not even with headsets plugged in. When I try to open the sound system it works significantly slower, often freezing. I tried any solution found online including updating drivers, troubleshooting after troubleshooting, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, lots and lots of analysis in cmd regarding corrupt files and, in the end, reset the PC to a factory state. Nothing seemed to work. All the data was deleted but it seems the problem

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

My microphone and ear-phone doesn`t work. Please help me, I have windows 7 home basic, my computer reproduces a sound, but devices no.

 

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?
