Windows 10: Sound driver issue windows 10 (y11c haier laptop)

Hey there i'm trying to install audio driver by going into device manager and automatically update, i also tried it updating manually but all in vain, it says no audio output is installed, so i decided to do download realtek by going in legacy hardware that too didn't work, Moreover i also saw my services they are on and auto , the pc has automatically installed multimedia audio controller in other devices which doesn't work

What can i do? Please help

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• What is the model of the Camera?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
• Which app/website are you using to access camera?

It could be due to incorrect settings or missing/corrupt drivers or missing updates.

You really should update your Windows 10 to get your Audio working

Your version of Windows 10 is 3 years old and no longer supported and current Audio drivers will not install correctly into that version

You should go straight to version 1803 to bring your system up to date and make all previous updates obsolete . . .

With these major upgrades, the most successful method is to upgrade from the Windows 10 ISO - you download the ISO and then perform an Offline Upgrade

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO

When the ISO file completes downloading

Temporarily disable any 3rd party Anti-virus

Then, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe to begin the upgrade . . .
