Windows 10: Sound Driver

Hi


I have a linx 8 tablet running Windows 10.

Is it possible to install Realtek sound driver for use? The intel set audio device has poor sound quality.

I already installed realtek - It comes up in device manager - sound,video and game controllers but there is no option to switch to realtek in sound settings - playback.

Or is there any other sound driver out there with decent sound quality?

I reset my windows 10 pro because it seems my laptop is exposed to a virus. After all the reset process is complete, i play the game but the game does not sound. The same thing happened when I tried to watch the movie when sound full and not in mute. When
I was browsing on google, they said that my sound driver problem. how to handle it ?

hi, have you tried device manager?

windows key/+ x

device manager/audio inputs and outputs/

sound video game controllers

open and right click and update drivers, if there is a ! mark
then update.

have you tried your machines manufacturer for updated drivers also?

or backup and do a clean custom install start afresh!
