  1. Sound drivers and User accounts ...

Hello! This seems simple but I can't figure it out.

I have 2 user accounts on my PC (Windows 10).

When User A logs in I want to load the generic Windows sound driver.

When User B logs in I want to load the Tascam sound driver for my audio interface.

Right now, when the default audio driver is changed in the sound settings, it changes both accounts not just the currently logged in User account. How can I load separate sound drivers in separate accounts upon log in? I can change the drivers manually in sound settings, but this is a huge pain to remember.

Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

    Thank you.

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
      Code:
      net user test /del

    Sound Quality

One thing that sticks out from looking at your "My Computer" specs. You list "ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)" which suggests you do not have the correct sound hardware driver. Your motherboard has Realtek sound and the first step is to install the Realtek sound drivers. My ASUS also came with Sonic Studio 2 which is a sound enhancement package. Check the ASUS install disc to see if you have something similar.

May not be a speaker problem.
