Windows 10: Sound Error

So I just recently updated to Windows 10, and there's this one error.

It formatted weird, so it's hard to see, but it does not show Input / Output Devices, which it should. On top of that, when I open the Audio Panel through the console, it says that no audio devices are connected. I really need help!

And I forgot the sound during the error notification. There is a funny sound everytime it display the error.

Mine also does not show Input / Output Devices in Device Manager. You may need to update your Sound drivers. An Upgrade from Win7 or Vista may not always pick up the proper drivers compatible with Win10. The only issue I've had on a couple of computers was with older Intel Video adapters, didn't have Intel or Windows drivers so used an add-in ATI video card.

 

Human interface devices are what you were looking for.
Pls expand the sound/video tree and post.

The device seems to be working properly.

2-click on AMD High Definition Audio Device, then Driver tab to see the driver version.

R-click on your speaker icon in the notification area and select Playback devices. What do you see?

Try updating the driver.

If it doesn't work, uninstall (Last button in the driver tab) the device and restart Windows. Windows will reinstall it (and possibly missing ones) when booting.
