Windows 10: Sound Features on Windows 10 Home

I am trying to set up the 'Stereo Mix' feature on my PC to utilize both the PC speakers and a wireless soundbar across the room. I have follow the directions to enable the 'Stereo Mix' feature of the program but cannot get the system to power both sets of speakers simultaneously. I can drive either set but not both.


There seems to be some difference of opinion as to whether this 'Stereo Mix' feature is included in all versions of Windows 10 Home. Can anyone tell me: 1 is it a feature? and, if not in all versions of 10; 2 how to upgrade to a version that does have this feature? Thanks.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
