Windows 10: Sound issues in Windows 10

I just got my new Steelseries Arctis 9X headset. When I connected it to my laptop via Bluetooth 2 new playback and 1 new recording devices popped up. The playback device called "Headphone" has terrible quality so I don't want to use that but whenever I want to use the "Haedphone Microphone" which is the microphone on the headset all the sounds in the "Speakers (SteelSeries Arctis 9X Headset Stereo)" get muted and I have to switch to the "Headphone" option in order to hear sounds again. For example if I want to use the microphone on the headset on Discord every sound disappears, not only in Discord but in every other program. Long story short, if I want to use my headset's microphone I can only hear sounds in worse quality. Hope someone can help me fix it because it's really anoying.
