Windows 10: Sound Issues Windows 10

All Sound Cuts Out and Youtube Stops Playing Mid Video and Shows Buffering Symbol. Windows 10. I don't think it's just a sound issue because Youtube stops playing and wont start a up again. It's not the browser because I can pull up new videos and navigate. I just can't hear sound on my videogames or really anything.
