Windows 10: Sound issues with Windows 10

Hello,

I recently reinstalled Windows 10. I chose to remove all of my programs but not my files. After reinstalling, I have been having sound issues. When playing sound with some software, it's very staticy and hard to listen to. Sometimes it's fine after restarting, but the issue will come back within twenty-ish minutes. It sounds better through my laptop speakers, but the issue still exists. Interestingly, the problem doesn't show when I'm in a call on Discord or when editing audio in Audacity. I've tried everything I heard to fix it, rolling back sound drivers, updating sound drivers, doing the same with the headphone drivers, installing the default Windows drivers, etc. My laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad 110. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this, please let me know, because it's very frustrating.
