Windows 10: Sound issues with windows 11 when gaming

I recently upgraded to widows 11 and when I play games there are sound issues that cause lag all drivers are up to date. Sound cuts out when in game and call

Issues with sound in games, sounds like it's on the radio

Thanks I will try suggestions but I think you are not accounting for the issue that a previous laptop of mine had no problems which I mentioned.
