    Sound Issues


    After updating my Windows 10 last night, the sound went out completely. Shortly after changing the speaker properties to 24-bit, 192000, the sound came back. However, it seems like any music I listen to no longer has any bass. Is there anything else I need to do to get my sound back to normal?

    On my HTC, when I dial Voice Mail or an outside number, the calls connects (rings on the other phone), but I have no sound and cannot hear or talk?

    Sound Issues

    Went back into the system with the directions that were given in this answer. Got the previous version back and my sound is working like it was and should. Might want to check that creators upgrade to see about it. Had problems with the sound when it was
    updated and now went back to previous version and it is working fine. Please let me know if and when I can get the upgrade with no problems that is and if I need the upgrade at this time.

    Are you using onboard sound or a seperate sound card?
    Have you checked for any updated drivers on either the Motherboard or Soundcard manufacturers websites?

    I am using onboard sound, and I just checked for drivers on the manufacturers website like you suggested. It works now, thanks!
