    Sound not working right Windows 10


    So, I have a laptop which has a sub-woofer, this sub-woofer is not making any noise related to the music, but is instead making "Static" sounds, this is really annoying. Does anyone have experience if so, is there a fix??

    MP3 sound not working right after Windows 10 upgrade...

    I have tried both Windows Media Player and a new play that seems to have been added with Windows 10 called “Groove Music”. Both of these programs give the same result.

    MP3 sound not working right after Windows 10 upgrade...

    I did the free upgrade to Windows 10 and suddenly I can't play any of my music files on my computer. The windows system sounds work fine and I can play any web content with sound, but when I go to play any of my music files I get this weird "throb" of
    sound and they don't play right. Is this a "codec" issue? Can anyone help me? I don't know if I can follow the post, so I would appreciate a personal email to: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***....thank you so much in advance!

    Sound was a killer for me. Just could not get my Sb Extreem Music to work on my main machine. Yet I have an old AMD box that is being donated to a local school and has some ancient Realtech DAC running sound great.
    Go figure.
