Windows 10: Sound not working?

sometime earlier today my audio on my laptop acer vero stopped working. i dont think i noticed it right away, but i think the problem might have come from me trying to clean out anything unnecessary in my storage? i don't quite remember what i had uninstalled, so i tried to restore what i had uninstalled, but nothing happened. it had obviously been a few hours by then so it mightve been deleted from the recycle bin? ive tried to reinstall it with the device manager but it doesnt detect any changes? I also tried to install the realtek audio driver after seeing others bring it up but it said i

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
