    Sound options in windows 10

I am running windows 10 version 1909 on a desktop tower pc within which Ive just fitted a wireless and Bluetooth card. Both aspects of the card are working. I am trying to play back the pc audio via Bluetooth to a micro music system. I am using iTunes for music storage and playback. The default sound output is to a set of basic pc speakers via a sound card. The sound is OK but I suspect the separate hifi will be better and an attempt to connect via an analog lead from the sound card didnt produce a satisfactory sound. My problem is that whilst the Bluetooth connection to the micro system is made and whilst within the pc sound settings via control panel I opted to make the micro system the default player, I cannot get the music to play through the micro system. It insists on playing through the pc speakers and if I disable the pc speakers whilst he micro system is default, there is no sound at all. Using the test system the pc plays a test jingle through the micro system but I cant get the music through it. I am totally confounded. Anyone know what to do?

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue Sound options in windows 10 :p
