Windows 10: Sound popping when browsing the internet.

Hello, everyone. I hope that I can find someone to help me here, as this problem is driving me insane. Basically, when have music playing or any extended sound (like from a Youtube video for example), I hear a horribly irritating popping noise whenever I browse the internet. This noise also seems to play whenever the internet in general is tampered with (ie. ISPs rebooting the internet). I suppose this problem lies within the internet, or maybe it's the network driver? Either way, I don't know for sure what it is and I just want to verify. I'm using Killer E2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller that comes with the Z97 motherboard.

Does Messaging conflicts with phone modem?

Sounds right. On a 6720C the computer modem won't connect if the phone is retrieving "Pop" mail. And if the Computer is connected to the internet then the phone won't receive pop mail. Seems like the 2 connections won't actively run simultaneously.

However I seem to be able to web browse on my mobile whilst web browsing on the PC.

Saw another recent post here in the drivers section where visiting Power Options (Control Panel), Change Plan Settings, Change advanced power settings, Processor Power Management, then setting Maximum processor state to 100% fixed sound pops and cracks. Perhaps it will work for you?
Otherwise, your best bet is to download and run LatencyMon to see what's burning CPU cycles while you're playing music or videos. this is not an uncommon problem, so you should be able to find a fix with time, effort, and persistence.
