Windows 10: Sound quality of Windows 10 at change sample rate of mixer

Hello. What exactly affects the sampling rate in the Windows mixer? 90% of the information on the Internet about the sample rate says that a frequency higher than 48 does not make sense, but I can clearly hear the difference in sound quality with a DAC iFi Zen Signature with speakers JBL 305p MKII when I set it to 192 or 384 in the mixer. The sound becomes cleaner, crisper, a little more detailed and plus, I think... the dynamic range expands i.e. movie shots get louder. I mean that in the cinema and, for example, in the game, all sounds are in 16/24 and 44/48 format, but when set to 32/38

music quality and sampling rate problems

I'm having problems with the sampling rate of the newly converted tracks transferred to my phone. Some months ago, when I convert the tracks to m4a, the sampling rate of the songs is 44100 Hz... Now, whenever I convert the tracks to m4a format, the sampling
rate is 22050 Hz (I'm wondering why it's cut in half). I can sense that there's something wrong because when I listened to the tracks with 22050 Hz sampling rate, the sound quality isn't so good (the playback isn't so clear).

The sampling rate is still 22050 Hz even if I switch from the bit rate from 48 kbps to 64 kbps.

What should I do? My Nokia PC Suite version is 7.1.18.0.

 

Can't Change Microphone Default Sample Rate

I just reinstalled Windows 10 YESTERDAY and haven't even finished installing the software I use and I'm running into problems. I need to have control over my sound settings and I can't change my microphone rate, it's grayed out. See photo attachments. I have uninstalled everything audio in the device manager, downloaded the most up to date drivers from Acer, installed those and rebooted. Nothing I do is working. I freakin' hate Windows... but it's a necessary evil.

Changing Sample Rate Stopped Headset


Hello everyone. Today while I was looking through my speaker properties, I noticed I could change the Sample Rate (which I thought may give me better sound quality). However, after I changed it, the headphones I currently had plugged in stopped working. The speakers still work fine, and the headphones still work, and are recognized, they just don't produce any sound. I tried changing the sample rate back to the default 24bit 48000hz and restarting my computer but nothing seems to work. My problem is almost identical to this one: Headset stopped working after changing sample rate but I'm not sure where to find that option the second post refers to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
