Windows 10: Sound Will NOT work no matter what I try

Device name Lenovo-Laptop Processor IntelR CoreTM i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB 15.9 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 All audio drivers seem do be corrupted and I am unable to redownload/update them.Cannot use internal or external speakers or microphone.What I've tried - - Redownloading the manufacturer audio driver Realtek- Deleting and Scan for Hardware changes in the device manager- Adding legacy hardware- Updating via device manager- Many restarts- Windows Update- SFC /scannow didn't

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
