Windows 10: soundbar label stuck in top left corner of screen

i turned on my lenov a laptop a few weeks ago after a windows update only to see this soundbar label stuck in the left hand corner of my screen, its in the way and keeps turning my sound down to mute, which is so annoying when using youtube, ive searched online and gone through loads of processes on how

Windows 10 mouse pointer is stuck at the top left corner

My mouse cursor jumps and gets stuck at the top left corner of the screen. What is the solution for this?

When opening new windows, they stick to the top left corner of the screen

I have no idea what is causing this but when I open new windows in any program a lot of the time they open up stuck to the top left corner of the screen. I'll move the window to the middle and then the next time I open a window again, it's back being stuck
to the top left corner of the screen. How do I make windows always open in the center of the screen by default?
