Windows 10: Spam windows error popups

I keep getting these spam windows pop-up errors. Maybe 2 a minute or more.They look like this in my task manager.Cant find such a program in my programs list. Following the Yes on the first image leads me to install a .NET repair software that doesn't seem to fix anything.I have used a trial of malware bytes but this has not found anything lingering.Another popup starts showing up mentioning 'fondue.exe'Would appreciate any help, thanks.

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

• 
  Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Programs and Features”.
  
• 
  Click on “View Installed Updates”.

What's causing the spam popups on the bottom right hand of my screen?

We have a new computer who is having spam popup on the bottom right side of the screen (see linked image below) and I haven't been able to figure out the source to remove it.

The user has used it for a few days so it's entirely possible it is from something they installed but I'm not sure what.

• I've looked through all of their Chrome extensions and haven't been able to locate anything there that would be problematic.
  
• I don't see anything in the list of installed Programs either that jumps out as a potential issue.
  

I've seen the same issue on another computer before but it wasn't somebody at our company so I didn't do any research, but that tells me this is at least a somewhat common issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...thank you!

The computer in question is running Windows 10 Home.
